You probably need to look into the dualmon options... I myself have never used it.. but idealistically if you want video on the 2nd monitor while using RR on the first screen, you should probably run two copies of RR using /2 in the command line one positioned at the first screen and the other on the 2nd screen (defined on general.ini of each skin). The current sources are not available, but BlueZX3 has earlier versions on his site. If you make some change/option for playing only the video on the 2nd screen, feel free to send it to me and I'll include to the main sources.
