Creating button that takes you direct to M3U playlistings

I have a directory browser of sorts up and running. It's a real hack but it works.

What I would really like is a single button at the top that says "PLAYLISTS". When I press it, all of the M3U playlists in C:\MP3\_PLAYLISTS should appear. Pressing on a playlist should load it and start playing the songs in it.

Can someone please suggest how I can begin to tackle this problem? So far I have found the directory opens to whatever directory you say is the root at RR.INI. Unfortunately this means that I can't have two different initial directories -- one for playlists, and one for mp3's.

    Thanks

Nevermind, I might have answered my own question.

I wish we had a FAQ that answers common design questions like this. I know people get ****ed, telling others to use Search, but that's incredibly time consuming and rarely yields good results.
