    Problem with Transparent themes

    Hi,

I am having a problem displaying transparent themes. I am getting a pink box (with winamp still showing) when I try the Teknik2 theme. When I try the new DFX3, I get similar looking box -- plus some script that continues to die and restart.

I have been looking through the threads -- so I have tried reregistering the gdi dll. I tried adjusting the picture path in rrconfig. Both with no love.

Could someone give me a clue on this? This is all a new install.

    Thanks

Make sure you are running the latest 12/13/07 Road Runner. Are you running this on XP or trying to get it to work on a Vista machine?

    Thanks JohnWPB,

You hit the mark -- I wasn't committing changes with my new ewf setup....
