When i install RR with the installer and go to the config app i cant read or see anything bc there are so many question marks and no letters. Any help?

It didnt prompt me to select my language when i installed it. But i went down to the last tab and found where to select language. It installs Greek as default. IDK if its my comp or somthin in the file itself. Thx for the help
