Thread: RR and vista? It appears faster......Gotta be the hardware....

    That's cool. No offense taken.

    I just turned the UAC off on my HTPC and I never get that annoying nag screen............

    I'll post details if I find any (bugs too) with RR and vista.

    As I said, I'm just "goofing around with it" out of curiosity.............

    woops, I meant pause on speak doesn't work but I will give navimon a try.

    I doubt you are going to get the pause on speak to work. One of the new, and nicer features of Vista, is that each program has its own seperate volume control.

    What would be needed is a way to see when iG speaks on its level, and then adjust the separate level for Winamp.

    Interesting............

    Makes me wonder how a front end like FreeICE would behave in vista as it uses WMP.............
    I may DL an copy and find out although I'm betting it wouldn't be a big difference (if any at all)

    Curiousity is gonna kill that cat again..............
