Is it possible to display the artist, album and song in the same scroling line? So far, I can have no more than one of the items in the line.

Yes, just concat them together with pipes (||)
Here is the entire code line for in a skin.
In the editor, just use the following line for the label code:Code:L03,21,30,635,38,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,23,"Arial","TAGARTIST||= - ||TAGTITLE||= - ||TAGALBUM","SCROLL-LEFT"
