i want change the weather because when i open RR weather i have

I WANT CHANGE FOR FRENCH CITY'S

That is correct. You can simply hold one of the buttons, and when the OSK appears, just type Paris, France and that button will now bring up the weather for Paris.
You can also change the weather maps to your location but finding a local image URL, and editing the:
C:\Program Files\Road Runner\Skins\DigitalFX 3.0\Weather\weather.ini
EDIT: Fixed with the correct path to the file!
Unfortunately, the "Live" map will not work overseas, as weather.com has not tied into worldwide radar stations as of yet.

Duh! I guess when I pressed Control^C to copy the location of the path from the address bar in explorer, it didn't copy haha Sorry about that! The post above has been corrected to show the correct path to the weather.ini file to change to maps for your location.
