What are you using to connect to the internet? (hardware wise)
Damn. If I use DUN for the AT&T app, it won't let me use HSDPA (3G). Now I'm back to needing the AT&T app working.
Option GT Ultra. I had to dig around quite a bit, but apparently one needs to add the following init string to the modem for it to accept a DUN request: AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","isp.cingular" or if that doesn't work: "AT+CFUN=1;+CGDCONT=1,"IP","isp.cingular"
Then one creates a DUN connection with no username or password, and a # of *99***1#
both of those init strings generate a 692 error (hardware failure). I can connect just fine using the AT&T Connection Manager, but ideally, I'd like to set it up to auto-connect when requested, and still be able to use 3G, which apparently is not possible with a DUN Connection.
