Yes, a molex Hard Drive connector.
It's an XMD1000, and it's hooked to an old floppy connector. It's only one wire, but it's jumpered inside the din connector.
Yes, I ran the runme1st.. I even un-regged them both first, then re-regged them just to make sure.
Like I said, I can use on old RR version, and it works fine. I'll try to get a fresh log later tonight, or tomorrow of when it locks.

I had RR set to go to the main menu whenever I hibernate, but I did remove that command. The old version I was referring to was the latest unmodified... I think it was 12-13?
I never tried your 7-1 version. I can disable motionlock, and isolate to HDradio only.
On a side note, I just made a 30 mile roundtrip, using the 12-13 version. I made a few stops, and it worked flawlessly every resume. Something in my setup isn't playing nicely with your version.... I'll keep trying to isolate!
thanks Mitch

barnyard, 12-13 version has NOTHING to do with my RR
they arnt even CLOSE to the same
in my RR builds, XM is completly rewritten, HD is paritialy rewritten
the tuners are kept on for instant access
remeber mine is based off 11/07 code, anything fixed after that, wont be in mine
other then a weather fix, that dave gave me.
yea, please try some isolation,
xmport=0 effectively disables xm
hdport=0 effectively disables hd radio

which is always LIVE too
i added a document to the new .zip file to list the rr.ini commands

Just got around to hooking my new cable up and testing out with v 1.3.0.1 of your software and it works perfect, turns on and off much quicker than before. Going to set up RR for desktop development of RR skins.
Also thanks for the free audio miniplug>RCA cable! That was a nice surprise to find in my package. Will report back with RR usage but it worked perfectly on first attemt with your software mitch, I always use it first before starting the RR build to make sure everything works.

Hey mitch just got it working with your build of RR, took that much time since my last post, lol! All I did was follow the directions and it appears to work well with RR, even faster than with your app! I don't use XM but switching from MP3 to HD is lighting fast now, the HD unit clicks on at RR launch. Consider me a tester, I have your newest cable, 1.3.0.1 of your software, and your RR build working in harmony. Let me know if there is anything I can test out for you. All functions of RR (at least the ones I use) are working same as before.
This is really great I cannot wait to update the carPC now.
