right but if you suspend/resume the label no longer updates.

I havent stopped testing for you. I still have the HD radio problem i discussed and we dont really have an answer for it yet. If you're not busy tonight i can IM you the debug log showing the problem.

    barnyard, its a skin problem

    i just installed a 3.8.08 build of digitalFX 3.0
and its missing the defining the slider style

now unless 12/13/07 version of RR has a default slider style, when u dont set one
    you will get NO bars!

i fixed it in 5 seconds...

    edit xm.skin

    add after:
    INC,$iListToggle$

/, Y, Back Slider file path
    Y01,"slider_battery\slider_*.gif"

    then edit:
    S02,747,148,36,356,747,148,36,356,V,02,"Sliders\Pointer.png",15,"PLSLIDER",""

    thats it

make sure u got a directory slider_battery in the dfx3 skin dir

    mitch

so u know, that defines style 01, using the sliders in that directory
then style 01 is actually used
    S03,57,103,80,24,62,103,70,20,V,01," ",015,"XMSAT","Sat Signal"
    S04,187,103,79,25,191,103,70,20,V,01," ",015,"XMTER","Ter Signal"

and remember i know so little about RR

I didn't see anyone else bring this up, but since the radio is always on the hdactive status indicator can't be used with "BYIND;HDACTIVE;....<<..."

The "BYIND;HDACTIVE;....<<..." code still works fine for me . .

There is a lot of that code in carwings.

Damn mitch, been swapping back and forth between your RR and the newest beta and yours just seems waaaay faster.

    maybe your confused

    HDACTIVE

has nothing to do with the radio being ON

its when your TUNED to A frequency, and "HD Radio" digital signal is present, the tuner automagicly switches to the digital signal, and thus HDACTIVE goes true

id this this indicator should only be on the skin, that has hd radio controls
    aka, radio.skin

Yeah, I fixed that a while back, I even posted updated skin files:
    DigitalFX 4.0
It seems to work fine until you hibernate, then the signal won't update anymore. It just 'sticks' with 2 or 3 bars.
