if you want your hd tuner powered when you comp comes on put your red and yellow wires off the tuner together and plug them into the yellow wire on a 4 pin molex of you psu. i have mine setup this way and it works good

I have the radio powered by a molex (on when the computer is on)
What happened this time: When I got to work this morning (6:17 am), I was listening to the radio. Before I turned the truck off, I switched over to xm, and it was working. I shut the truck off, and went in to work. When I came out this afternoon (5:29 pm) there was no sound. I clicked on XM and it immediately goes back to the main menu(the log seems to show that the port is not open?) I went to radio, and it works fine. Clicking on XM briefly show the XM skin, then goes back to Main... radio continues. I think I need to check the connection to the XM Direct. It was loose before, and I fabbed a bracket to hold it. Maybe that worked loose again....

ok, i do see timeouts on the 1st command sent to the hd radio, after RR was started
acting like it didnt have power...

if xm, goes back to main screen, it means, XM wasnt found on system
could be power issue, make sure XM direct is ON when PC is on too
port not opend... could be pc issue with comport using a usb to serial?

keep loggin... that log would be nice to look at

i put a ton of video files in my video director...

THE iList works fine... when i click on down... it flicks down... when i click on the up, it flicks up, i also can hightlight any file, and click play, it switches to viewer and plays the file

so... i dont think there is anything wrong with this RR build...
at least none that i can find...

Kimota, do u have DX7vb.dll on you system?
iList uses this

also when you say iList doesnt work, what does that mean...
it crashes?, cant move up and down in list... what?

Just a side note, being you are not familiar with the iLists:

It pages up and down nicer for sure, but the beauty of it is the ability to click on the list, and flick it up or down to make it scroll. Try dragging the actual list to see it in action. The faster you drag the list, the further it will scroll before it stops.

i've noticed this exact same behavoir since i got my HDradio working yesterday. I havent had bunches of time to test but it seems like when XM works HDradio doesnt and vise versa. I started RR, clicked xm and then was returned to the main menu. Then from there i press radio and radio works. Then i reboot, and now xm is working but radio will not tune to any station. I was gonna do more testing before saying anything but i just wanted to say i've seen this issue as well. Both my xmd and hd radio are wired in parrellel to the molex.

JohnWPB, it seems fine (other than i think it moves too fast, at least on a mouse system)... clearly its NOT "ilist" dont work

I havent had xm or HD turn on ISSUE since this release
need to see if xm was found...
at this point i dont see any issues...
it up to you guys to provide tangable(sp) data
