CPU Temperature display in Road Runner

Is anyone able to explain how to integrate the CPU temp into the Front End? I am not familiar enough with this stuff to get it. Preferably in Fahrenheit, too, but I am sure I could figure out how to integrate the calculation...maybe not

    Thanks.

It's already in there. You have two options, MBM5 or speedfan.

Search for those within the roadrunner forum and also read skincommands.txt

Thanks, I knew the option was in there, but didn't realize I needed an external app.

Well, I got the CPU temp to integrate, but is there a way I can perform a calculation within the skin, or somehow, so I can change the Celsius to Fahrenheit?

MBM offers the temps in Fahrenheit, but MBM doesn't support my new Intel D945 series board, unfortunately.

Job well done, problem solved. The last bit is to get Speedfan to run as a service, which I think I can handle

    Thanks!

Am i the only one that had trouble getting speedfan to update? I would have to close of the temp screen then reload it to see temp changes

Not sure!....My Speedfan updates just fine with less than 1 second resolution.

what I meant to say was speedfan itself updates correctly but inside roadrunner it will only update at the loading of my temperature screen and never refresh... any ideas would be greatly appreciated
