Also I notice that the Sirius file list, only has 160 channels? Why not use the correct current list that goes past 200? There are some channels around 183 that I listen to sometimes, using your hardware, so it isn't a hardware limitation!

sorry, unless u switch to 100% winamp audio managment, ie use winamp line inplug in for sirius, it CANT and WONT work correctly!!. i really dont want to explain the code too much further in this thread

Toaster i had the same problem with xm.. the problem was xmcache.ini was read-only.

course no one reads notes...

FOR XM / SIRIUS

in RR.ini

my recomended 1st time run is...

srusecache=false
xmusecache=false

then after all channels are loaded switch them to true
(but you dont have to, it is faster with it cached)
(but live load i could argue is better)

Well I will double check the sirius file being read only, but as for fade in volume... why?

I am a programmer too, give it to me as to why.

It worked perfectly before. For a year no problems with it. Update and now it "wont" work magically. Just like those other things I mentioned. Worked before, now dont. I will be figuring them out later, I just thought bringing them to the attention of someone that worked on the source and knows what he changed from the older version for the new version will know why better than me who has not looked at the RR source. It seems easy to implement a correct fade-in on all lines.

before my build, did SIRIUS comeback on if you where listening to sirius when you hibernated??!?!?!

Yes I read the PM. Havent acted on it yet as I am in uni all day every day.

And yes actually it did work. If I was playing music and went to standby with fade on, when I resumed, the music faded back in. If I went to standby with sirius playing (and I was using the winamp line in) it started right back up and faded in. Also in either case GPS speed resumed instantaneously too. So it was a fade in then 1% jumps to volume dictated by GPS speed.

Something in this release BROKE it is what I have concluded. Maybe it became broken in the last public release I don't know. I usually dont upgrade what is working. But touting better sirius control (which on my old one did take a bit to change channels, and sometimes I had to switch to music, and then back to sirius if the channel didnt want to change which I have not had to do since the update) made me want to update so I did.

The way it was before and should be:

Idle - Displays "OFF" image
Mouse over button area - Displays "ON" image in the specified button region
Click on button - on the click, displays "DOWN" image, and reverts to previous when click is released.

Currently, (broken)

Idle - same as above
Mouse over button area - same as above
Click on button - On the click, does nothing, when click is released, the "DOWN" image shows for half a second and then reverts to previous.

Also, scrolling text and iLists are still not fully transparent, I thought this might have been something on the list of things to fix...
