In the effort of continous improvement...
I have found a few more bugs/issues in RR

NONE of these where directly reported to me
I was messing with RR, and discovered a few small things
plus i wanted some other things

*** POWER MANAGEMENT - Re-written a bit ***
(need a tester or two, how has to touch thier screen on resume, to get resume)

* FIXED - incorrect HD Radio DATA, RDSNAME, was returning incorrect data, it now returns CALL SIGN of HD Radio STATION.

* FIXED - incorrect HD Radio DATA, RDSTEXT, now returns the stations "Tag line".

+ Added new RR.INI Option: "debugfresh=true/false", this will cause a rename of "debug.txt" to "debug.old" and a new "debug.txt" to be created on EACH RUN (REALLY helpfull, plus no huge debug.txt files anymore).

+ Added new RR.INI Option: "hdvolume=x (x=0-90)", this is the PREAMP volume, dont use this option, unless you need it, it defaults at 75, which i think is optimal. this is not needed to be added in RR.ini, the default is in play.

SPECIAL: (do not add these to rr.ini, unless needed)
these two options should not be normally used, I added in a manditory 2 seconds at sleep and resume, the sleep allows the file buffers to flush and events to finish, the resume allows hardware to settle in, specially USB devices.

+ Added new RR.INI Option: "resumedelay=x (x in seconds)", this will add extra time at resume before RR's "resumefromhibernate" procedure runs. (use only if needed, hense OPTION)

+ Added new RR.INI Option: "sleepdelay=x (x in seconds)", this will add extra time at sleep before RR's exits "prepareforhibernation" procedure. (use only if needed, hense OPTION)


This code is OF COURSE built on 11/7 base, with ALL my previous changes.
