i just tried it and it worked fine....maybe its the skin you are using???
Has anyone here tried to use Google Chrome as the default browser for RoadRunner yet?
Would be ideal since it has a stupidly quick load time and minimal memory footprint (good for those with slower machines).
I tried directing RR to use chrome instead of IE but it seems to have trouble resizing/docking it properly as the chrome window covers the playback buttons in browser view.
I've got a feeling this has something to do with chrome using it's own window borders/decorations which look to have odd sizes.
Any ideas?

No idea, but Firefox has an OCX, which I might play with in the future.
I'm using Chrome on my desktop and laptop at the moment and it has its good points and bad points. hmmmm?
Firefox OCX? I've been looking for this... where can i stumble upon this?
Thanks, just found that. Amazing what googling will do
There you all go again.reinventing the wheel, does nothing constructive happen on here anymore,i mean ****,all i ever see now is "oh i wonder if RR could use this browser or that media player"
RR's in a right state with no forward thinkers on board, but thats ok,embedding a new something or other will surely fix it.
Guino,you are missed dearly.

whoa.. noone said anything was broken here.. but because of its small footprint and large viewing area chrome looks at this point better suited for carpc use than the alternatives. There are people seeking to do MORE things with roadrunner. Thats exactly what the plugin interface is built for and i dont see a problem with that. And btw, guino hasnt gone anywhere. There's just not much more RR needs to be able to do in its base form
