NEW BUILD... yep im always making it better, i want to thank the newly MARRIED Gunio for the fast merge of my code into the code base
also thanking, Sonicxtacy for his quick testing...
also other testers too!

Hibernation/resume:

sleepdelay=								- (time in seconds) adds time to prehibernation, generally there is no need for this, dont use, unless needed
resumedelay=							- (time in seconds) adds time to resume, this allows usb and other devices to settle after resume.
														(only use if needed, example:  resumedelay=5    this will add extra 5 seconds, before hw is re-inited)

hdvolume=									- sets the PREAMP level of the hd radio tuner 0 - 90, 75 is defaulted
