just re-run the installer.... the installer WILL NOT overwrite any existing .ini files
and then just select XM Radio
and .net will be checked at that point too

to answer that, i guess, it is "MY XM works outside of RR"

Well after reloading RR and trying multiple things I found the dumbest thing...
the setting for "line for XM radio (to unmute)" was set for disabled, interestingly
it completely stopped XM from starting up in RR. I would have thought it would stop the audio but... anyway now we are rockin'
Maybe there is something here in a Thread somewhere on how to install xm on the new Config but I couldn't find it. I am also not sure what the MJS gadget settings are for if someone could elaborate. Thanx in advance!

Just tried the recall the other day and it did not work so I thought it was taken out like the mute was.

So I made my own.
But this one remembers the recall even after a restart of rr.
