iGo closes when closing screen

I'm having a problem with iGo in RR. It embeds fine but every time I exit the gps screen it closes. I'm using the built in gps module set to external in the config.

What is the skin command on the exit button? EXIT or CLOSE?
Should be EXIT.

It is set to EXIT. The only way I found to fix this is turn off close applications when exiting RR but now if I close RR all embedded apps are still running but hidden.

Sounds like a bug.

Turn on close apps and debug.

Perform the function you are talking about.

Close RR and post up the debug.txt file so we can see what's going on.

I would also suggest using either "ESC" or "CANCEL", will take you back to the previous screen.

I would also use ESC to exit the iGo screen.

You can also put the name of the app in the rr.ini like this:

embedapplist=iGuidance

This tells RR, in this case, not to close iGuidance on a skin reload, and forces it to remain open. Many skins use the reload skin command when changing fonts, background colors and a number of other things, and can cause embedded apps to close.
