If you want this option, take a look at Moahdib Acura TL installed
I think his flash base skin can do the trick.

You will need to either run two instances of RoadRunner and two instances of the GPS app.
NB not sure if any GPS apps will let you run two instances.

I tryied running a second RR instance, but instead of running at the second/extended monitor (as I've programmed it) it runs at the primary one. I think that part of the problem is that RR runs at full screen, and automaticaly places itself on the primary monitor.
How can I run RR in window mode?
You need to edit the general.ini of the skin file the second one is using and change the
XPosition=0
YPosition=0
to specify your second screen.
ie if you are running both at 800x600 and they are stretched horizontally then the second RR's skin general.ini should be
XPosition=800
YPosition=0
