    New XMART?

Wowzers.....I've been out of the loop for a looooong time. Still running the old RR from two years ago cause well it still works the way I need it. I haven't even updated my xmcache in a while so I'm doing that now and finally putting some new music on the drive. Everything was working good enough and I had no real need to change anything.

Anyhow, I'm looking for the current list of XM Art? Not sure where this is at, I've even looked in google images but have had no luck there. I assume people have it so it's gotta be someplace I'm just not aware of anymore.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Chuck

I still love coming here to visit; everyone has always been so helpful. Thanks so much for the quick reply.

I would like to install the new RR but I have one of the older Epia boards and I'm afraid it will not have enough HP to deal with the complexities.

    Thanks again :-)

So it seems these images do not work for me. They are larger size and are not compatible with my current setup.

Tried freeware resizer to batch resize all the images but the GIF signatures are invalid and I can't resize easily.

Is there any reason why RR will not just use auto scale the images to the size required by the skin?

My RR is dated 2006 so I'm sure my answer will be upgrade the darn thing already will ya

    Thanks

I should have mentioned... They are all .png files renamed to .gif to work with RR. Rename extensions to .png first then you can open and resize.

    Thanks again.

So I was able to resize all the images and it was a no go. RR just would not display the images. So I thought that maybe it was because the images really are PNG and not GIF. So I took a PNG file and actually converted to a GIF in order to try it. Well after conversion the image displayed without issue.

So I just converted all the PNG's to GIF through a batch process and copied them all over to the CARPC. Everything shows up great, now that they are actual GIF files

Thanks for the tip on the renamed files. I'd probably still be scratching my head on it.
