I think that would be acceptable. Now... where's Guino....

    Reminder Fix

Thanks for the solution. Following this thread, I find it hard to believe that no one else has offered one word of gratitude for this "repair". I was certainly one of those people that might have felt obligated to leave the RR Fold over this issue (nag screens are almost as annoying to me as slow drivers in the fast lane), but once again the RR dev Team has pulled a rabbit out of their hat, gone the extra mile, and proven that RR is the front end choice for any modder with the means and time to produce the most effective and versatile front end possible. On behalf of the silent majority, THANKS AGAIN!!

Gratitude to finally be able to use the software like we could before all this happened? I'd like to give you an analogy here. Lets say for years you have been able to just walk out your front door and be greeted by the world. Then all the sudden there are 3 doors that block you from the outside, with multiple locks on each door that you have to go thru in order to get to the same place. You whine and complain for a while, and it seems like nobody is listening. Then finally you wake up one morning and all the doors are gone and you're back to one door with the same functionality as in the beginning. Would you show gratitude for finally having the same functionality you did a year ago? I'm sure this is how a lot of the long-time RR users felt.

That being said, thank you Guino for your hard work in allowing this to happen. I know dealing with a corporation can be hard, especially trying to convey to them the idea that your free, no-money-maker users need to be treated like normal people too.

    So yes, thank you.

I'm thankful for RoadRunner but not for this fix like Tidder said.
I'm going to message Guino and ask him what's stopping him from implementing alternate less annoying methods. Maybe I can program something to help rather than complain.

Use any version that you want without the nag screen!
Simply download *product name removed* from *url removed*
    *snip*

Clearly you don't know how to read or you would realize that this isn't even necessary anymore.
