I'm having the same problem, have tried IE7 and firefox, as soon as I hit checkout it logs me out and asks me to login again, then once logged in again my cart is empty, then I start from scratch only to be going in circles...

Ummm, The only way this can happen is when your session time expires, but this only occurs when there is no activity for a while, or... when session cookies are disabled.

Do you have your browser configured to accept "session cookies" and the SSL options boxes are enabled?.

For cookies setting: Tools-> Internet options -> privacy (box "accept session cookies" must be enabled)

For SSL setting: Tools->Internet options ->advance options (SSL options must be enabled)

There was the same problem with "m109ner":

Not sure why I was having the problem as I download from that computer all the time - Using IE. Hmmmmmmmm?
When he went home using a different PC he downloaded without any problems.

There should be no problems if you are using IE or Firefox (we haven't tested with other browsers, but nearly sure will also work fine.

Try antonio's settings above or just use another computer to download. I had the exact same problem and went around in circles trying for about an hour. Came home on a different computer and dowloaded on the first try.

    Good luck!

yeah - I had problems too but ...

just go to 'my account' and click on the item you 'purchased' for free: it's actually a link that will start your download.

You'll want to download both the Install and the Update files.

Guino - I'm new to all of this but am in the IT industry so can recognise that a 'well done' is in order with the work you've done to make a nice clean front-end. You've managed to nicely present and wrap up what must surely be quite a complex combination of functional apps.

People always forget that about Bill Gates ... he didn't necessarily come up with something new ... he just packaged it nicely for the end-user

Good luck with the new direction and RIDE Runner

Ah, now with the new version of RR, we have to rewrite every Autoit script to reflect the changes?

    I guess not:
    Code:
    01/19/09
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+ "RoadRunner.exe" compatibility exe, forwards messages to "RideRunner.exe"
I will make my helper programs backwars compatible:
    Code:
while not WinExists("RoadRunner") and not WinExists("RideRunner") then
      sleep (100)
    wend
    if WinExists("RoadRunner") then
      $rr=ObjCreate("RoadRunner.sdk")
    else
      $rr=ObjCreate("RideRunner.sdk")
    endif

So we install this right over our current RR install and everything works out of the box?
