    Radio works fine by itself , radioline set to zero.

    Luanched radio before starting riderunner doesn't affect anything , since the first launch is OK , then when you go back the app is closed and when you enter radio again it starts and then is muted.

    The WinTV support in RR is made to work with THIS APPLICATION:
    http://www.hauppauge.com/html/radio.htm

    Newer versions of the application should still work IF the new version still accepts the same functions (which is unlikely if the application looks any different).

    If your WinTV card works with the application above, then it should work with RR by selecting WinTV and setting the path in RRConfig to the application above.

    You know, that's the app that works with my WinTV Card. But its in a subfolder of wintv.

    in Order to help you about my setup i am using RR with DFX4.0 Skin

    is there a problem using that?

    It should work, what RR version are you using ?

    In the latest RR versions you should have installed the WinTV Radio plugin, then selected WinTV in the Config, and set the path to the application.

    Can you set those in RR.INI:

    debugmode=true
    debugfresh=true
    radiodebug=true in RR.INI
    wintvpath=c:\program files\wintv\wintv7\radio\

    Then run RR, go into radio, exit RR and post a ZIP of your debug.txt file so we can see what's going on?

    Guys, a little off topic question, does this WinTV Radio software work with the current WinTV 850 HVR external usb receiver or does this require totally different hardware? I'm asking because on the Hauppauge website I don't see any WinTV Radio hardware being featured, so either its discontinued or its implicitly a part of the products they are featuring?

    This was a Radio Application from the manufacturer to control ANALOG FM radio. I don't believe it will work with newer models with digital tv/radio. If the device in question has an ANALOG FM tuner, than I'd assume it won't hurt to try it (though it's doubtful it will work).

    sikam32, not a single bit of radio debug is in your debug.txt
    so 1, you didnt enable radio debug, 2, you dont have a radio type set up in rr.ini

    check rr.ini

    radiodebug=true
    &
    Radio=WinTV
    -Thanks
