Hd Radio use other bands?

This one is Directed at mitch. I have your cable and am using riderunner to use my radio but recently it has been cutting out if i tune to a station that dont use hd it works fine but when i go back to the station that has a hd signal it cuts out again after a few mins is there a way to change the band in the front end so i can use reg fm not hd? im currently out of work and cannot afford to replace the box at this point.

also plenty of directed tuners on EBAY for less than $60

also, if ur 100% sure its the tuner, u could send it to me and ill test

OK i fixed that problem i hope, it seemed that it was a plug was loose on the cable from the computer.

is there any way that you could find out how to change the bands on the hd radio? i know it had the capability to use AM band and would be very nice to have on a trip as the weather and traffic radio stations broadcast in am

AM is easy
ITS all up to the skin designer
in carwings, just use keypad, and tune in a am freq
like 1060

A skin I made for the BMV2 skin set has an AM/FM toggle button. Use the skin or just take the code from it and add it to your skin if you want the feature.
