    Disclaimer Screens

    Hi,

How do I prevent the disclaimer/upgrade screen from coming up and staying there for 10 or 20 seconds every single time I start the software or resume from hibernation?

...The black screen that says to check for updates at the website and all...

Update your CarPC with the latest RideRunner binary. If it's still appearing check the date of your CarPC. Also, disable setting time and date by gps in RRConfig.

You're going to need to give some details to get any help. Are you saying it doesn't function correctly or that it won't start up at all? What system did you install it on? Did you use the configuration program to set it up? Have you read through the stickies to try to help yourself?

the site won't let me download ride runner.

Created an account, checked my IE settings as per the above post. I can get to the "6th" screen listed in guino's post above (checkout) and then it just keeps looping me to the login page. I login in, my cart is empty and it just repeats the whole process if I try to add it to the cart again...

Basically, after I log on, any link on the page seems to log me out as indicated in the top menu bar by the "log out" option disappearing.

Been away for a while because of work and life also has a tendancy to "get in the way" sometimes.....

All the above suggestions, no joy.

I'm actually on the road right now for work. It may be the ISP here. I'll give it a try when I finally get home I guess....
