Sorry, but which installer? Are you referring to the installation file from the NISU site?

I'm having issues with the new install. When I try to use the browser for my music, the names of the artists are invisible. They are there and I can click on them, but it looks as if nothing is there. Anyone having this same problem?

Check your titlesafter setting in RRConfig and/or RR.INI make sure it is BLANK/NOTHING.

If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of what you're seeing on the RELEASE thread.

I'm trying to download Riderunner from NISU site. I select the Installer, click on Buy now. It asks me to Sign in, I use my account (created earlier), then it logs me in. But now, my cart is empty. (and no d/l link)
I click on Software in the left hand menu, I'm now logged out. From here, it's an endless loop of buy-signin-buy-signin-buy....
Is there a mirror for the installer, or a workaround for my problem?
I tried both Firefox and IE, it's the same.

Yeah! thanks for the hint. It works through a proxy too. Btw I'm at work, so maybe the problem is with the "workplace PCs" (router, firewall, etc)

it's been reported some anti-virus software (TrendMicro, Symantec, etc).. could prevent the normal operation of the site. I'm sure this is dependent on the settings of the software installed but I know for a fact that router/firewall settings do not have any influence on the issue.
