First of all, you are trying to run the program from a ziparchive, that is not a good idea.

Also that is a very old version.

Try and download the lastes version from the Nisu website.

looks like youre trying to run the program exe from the zip file. you should download the ride runner installer, not the binary and install it. then run from the installed location.
