Sets default HD radio volume. Default is 75, range is from 0 to 90.

Can you change that value while RR is running or does it need to be set before RR is started?

I tried setting this in rr.ini, but it doesn't seem to have any effect whatsoever. I tried hdvolume=5 and hdvolume=75 and the sound level was exactly the same.

What section of rr.ini does it need to be in? I tried [HDRadio], [Radio] and [Extras].

    Update

I had to lower the hdvolume level to about 15 in order to stop the distortion. That seems really low, but it does work, so I know the issue is the line level.

    Thanks for everyone's help.

good, the lower the hd radio is, the greater the noise floor would be

    ideally, hi output, low input

but some pcs line in, specially if its a mic in, make sure the bost is off
