I really like this and I know I've seen it before but what skin is it? Does it have the ilist as well?

No, the skin was out way before iLists. I would check the thread though, a lot of people added all sorts of stuff and have altered it over the years to keep it up to date. The skin really turned into a community project over the course of time. Such as adding skins it did not come with such as XM, Sirius, Weather ect ect.
