Reload rr.ini with RR open

Hello, i have rrwithvoice.ini and rrnovoice.ini.

I make a withvoice.bat file that copy rrwithvoice.ini to rr.ini and novoices.bat file that copy rrnovoice.ini to rr.ini

My rr.ini are the same, the only that change are usevoicecontrol=

But every time that i need activate o deactivate my controlvoice i need close and open my RR for reload rr.ini

Any idea for can do it with one button on my skin?
