    what usbradio.dll does one use?
and how the hell are you managing audio?

    my commentary:
this tuner blows what a difference the Directed/visteon is!!!
    (even for plain FM)
I haven't used the RR USBRadio.dll in an long time. I have the spidermuns v.8 on two systems and the FreeIce one on another. Audio is over USB on all cause I don't have an audio in. Mine works better than any other USB Radio tuner I've tried (especially after splicing into the car antenna). I know th HD radio is better, but it would have to feed into my system through the mic input and thats not stereo, thereby, defeating the purpose.

The audio line is installed with the driver. It is named FM Radio and can be selected from within RR.ini/RRConfig. The line is muted by RR till use, but with spidermun's dll, the device is active as soon as RR is started so alerts can work without the radio being selected. The FreeIce dll is much faster and cleaner than Spidermuns, but only supports RDS, i.e., no TA,TS, AF\AF messages, MAF, News, or tuner setup.

    OK, IM ready to TEST!!!!

    Silabs and HD Radio

i could use 2 testers for each

i tested it here, and it passes
its best if i let others try...

THE ONLY THING NOT CODED, its AUTO SCAN PRESETS SAVE, where it scans, and creates presets automaticly
that will take much more work
so i didnt want it to hold me up, on something i bet alot dont use
    -Thanks

ANyone having problems using Visteon or directed tuners. I am on my 3rd tuner now and this one just died.
Is this a common problem. I starting to suspect the cable. Using one of mitches cables that I bought more than a year ago.
