so i'm trying to set up RR so that it displays cyrillic characters in music player. Winamp 5.24 is installed with Classic Skin.
I follow the instructions in other threads and set the RR Config Locale to Russian; then i select Save and Exit or Save and Launch. Either way, when i open RR Config again, the Locale resets to English.
The XP SP3 is English, Russian is set as default language and all other settings are set per the instructions in other numerous threads.
so i figure the problem is with RR Config. Can someone help?
