Rerun thur the steps, close RR and then attach both RR's debug & RRExt dubug files. RRExt's is in folder with dll

Well, looking at all the logs, RR is receiving both the "NAVxxx" cmds. And RRExt is executing them as shown by the "Red/Raise Vol:" lines in its debug log.

Next easy step would be to go back to something more simpler..
#1 Unreg and Move all other PI's except for SkinTool & RRExt
#2 Turn off all other RRExt features(xx_Enable=false) that are not needed for this, which is just about all of em.
#3 Go thru steps again.
#4 See if issue is still there
#5 If #4=Yes Then Re-Post debug logs from that trial.

Worse case, I'll have to get you a custom RR,RRExt & FoobarRR.dll with extra debugging to get to locate the issue..
