I have downloaded and installed this current version and it actually seems to run a little faster than earlier versions. For some weird reason, I had to ever so slightly resize a few labels in my skin which was no big deal at all. I do get a periodic error 51 when using the skin editor once in a while. Other than that it seems to do what it is supposed to do.

    Gpsspd

    Guino,

there is any way to supress the "unit" information on the GPSSPD? after the last uptade, the GPSSPD info is for example 100Km/h instead 100, and I am facing some trouble to make it fit on my skin.

    Thanks

Have you tried making a WRAP label just as tall as you need, but not big enough to fit the km/h ? it should wrap the km/h part to the next line (which you wont make enough space to show), giving you the result you want as long as you only make space in the label to display 3 digits and only 1 line.

Other than the above, the only solutions available (right now) are to make a flash object or extension/plugin -- but I can add an alternate label code for next release.

Guino, please, add the alternate label in the next release, cause if I try do it short, I think that it will cut the numbers when the speed increase from 80KM/H to 100KM/H, for example.

... but I will try it anyway :P

    thanks a lot

G, I really think that either all numeric lbls need an alt name so that they can be used for more custom things.. or a extra tooltip that when specified would stripout any alpha chrs...
