    I still dont see how I can add buttons. I looked throught the faq and I am not yet able to find out. As you guessed I am new to RR.

    I think that the good command is that:
    Code:
    "MyAppxx","load;rrtraffic.skin||RUN;$SKINPATH$Scripts\GoogleTraffic\GoogleTraffic.exe;GoogleTraffic"
    Tx

    Always a little bug with these autoit script and RR.
    If Google Maps don't read your gps position, please change your 'regional options' to english.
    If somebody has a solution ?

    New scripts version for the new Carwings Lite, for GoogleTraffic , Virtual Earth and Google sky .
    The scripts now test if you have a wifi connexion !

    I have found some bug around the gps:
    -If no gps are found, the settings are well read.
    -If the gps is found, RR latitude and longitude are well used.

    Smile New update

    I think that i have found why the GPS coordinate are not well read in other language
    than the english or us language.

    Google don't accept the "," but only the "." .

    I have filtered the , and i think that all language can to be accepted !

    Try these new version and say me if it is ok for you .

    In french, i have no problem !

    Good use :-)

    Can you to try this version please ?

    The settings are modified:
    -Now you can to adapt the google traffic window to your skin by change the WindowsTOPoffset and WindowsBOToffset option (ex: replace 0 by +10 or -10).
    -The AllLanguage option change the ',' by '.' or not

    [Google Maps]
    WindowsName=GoogleTraffic
    WindowsTOPoffset=0
    WindowsBOToffset=0
    ForceSettings=no
    Lon=2.318459
    Lat=48.863064
    AllLanguage=yes
    ZoomLevel=12

    For the Carwings Lite sckin, i have these settings:
    [Google Maps]
    WindowsName=GoogleTraffic
    WindowsTOPoffset=-44
    WindowsBOToffset=+38
    ForceSettings=no
    Lon=2.318459
    Lat=48.863064
    AllLanguage=yes
    ZoomLevel=12

    Just to add to the mix, I am building a Google Support package that will initially include Google Earth, Google Translate, Google Exchange and several others. It is a C# plug-in and will come with bare-bones skins simply to illustrate command and variable usage.

    The plug-in is built such that if the necessary input values are not with the command, it will present an internal GUI that will include an OSK-like keyboard control. I might also do this with Google widgits in a web-page that can simply be embedded in the users skin but don't know if I want ot make that change. It will also check if there is an Internet connection and if GPS is available.

    But, most importantly on the advice of an IPL attorney friend of mine, the output displayed will be the complete Google response web-page so as not to violate any copyrights by Google or it's partners. Extracting data and displaying it is, in his opinion, a copyright violation if complete attribution is not provided. His opinion is, in part, based on reading the Google terms of use.

    Additionally, parsing the response HTML, while fun, is a nightmare. The Google Translate and Exchange responses have changed twice in the last few weeks just enough to mess up the RegEx patterns I was using. This is an open invitation for constant update.

    So it may not be pretty in its raw form but it will provide the requested function.

    Regards,
    Jim

    I am sorry but i understand very bad the English.

    If i understand well, you have a couplet project in C# around Google Earth ...

    Do you ask me to help you on this project ? I don't know the C# language , just a little autoit.

    Bu if i can help you it is with pleasure .

    Is it possible to try you full project?

    Your English is just fine so not to worry.

    If I may offer a little history for the project.

    I started this when I discovered that RREarth from Guino did not work with Google Earth 5.1xxx.

    As I worked on it I discovered several of the other functions that Google provides and found them of use in my Car PC which is actually in my RV and since I have full-time satellite Internet in the RV I decided to expand my project.

    To be honest, I am doing this primarily for my personal use and should anyone want it it would be available "as-is".

    So when I am finished you or anyone else can have it, source included to do with as you please.

    In fact, it might be nice if you could add Google Traffic, Google Sky, and others to it as I probably won't do that.

    It will be a few weeks before I have it ready for anyone.

    Regards,
    Jim
