I have question for first original of RR It show correct with many language.
I like it. But now it show reminder popup to update
Can I remove this popup?.Because I like 1st of riderunner.
The 1st of Riderunner have function to config of lacal but other update not have...
When I update to last of Riderunner But language of TAGARTIST show incorrect of language ( Thai language ) I change other font but It not show corect
I use foobar plugin for Riderunner......

just a FYI here,
ID3V1 tags do not support unicode... dont even both with them if u need a unicode naming
also, in these mp3s you sent me, the ID3V2 tags are all incomplete... there is APEV2 tags that are valid...winamp will read em, but NOT RideRunner
need to clean up your tags
but that wasnt the problem here, a few OLD VB6 file access code was lingering in the code still, which of course die on unicode filename

In regards to the reminder, you just need to update your RR and it will be gone.
I'm looking into an easy solution for those that do not wish to upgrade.

All Thai song cannot read TAGARTIST on new update of Riderunner.
Please suggest me to config tagartist.
If I do not want update rr .Can I remove reminder popup.
So RR connects to web and check if there is an update available?

no RR does NOT connect to web and check if there is an update...
just every 3 months after the build date, thats when you see the reminder
its not so much about the updates, as it about people selling carpcs with RR sw
but this is all going to change soon

Back on this thread's subject, the problem in this case was that RR did not support ID3 tags V2.4 -- in fact not even Windows 7 and WMP12 support ID3 V2.4 yet. But with some sample files from here and some work, we added support for ID3 V2.4 into RR. I'll also be posting a FAQ about Unicode Support shortly.
