this is the rate at which mixer levels/mutes are polled from system. The default is 30 (3 seconds).
* Removed the absolute path to skin, in resume.ini, since skins are in the "SKINS" directory
(absolute paths have not been needed in rr.ini for a long time now, so this now matches)
