Just so installers for plugins (and skins) can put the files in the right place.

How many times

For some guy that made an install.exe, for their application, with inno setup, that would be a good idea to have a .iss example for a plugin install and a .iss example for an .exe install as that exist for the 'RRExtension Plugin Examples' or for the 'Documentation' when the RR setup is running !

just installed october version on a clean win7 computer and I don't see any of the registry entries from post 44. Shouldn't I see them?
