oh here is a new option for menu type popups
transparent backgrounds...
im not very good at graphics so this is my very lame(ugly) example...
someone could help me make a better demo
one thing to note, its not actually seeing though, the background wont be live (animated)
at least at this point... but the background is blended in the the empty layer...
so its a nice effect

If you tried that with the current RR, you would have the circle as you see it. Then there would be a square the size of the circle, with the background image that the skin is set to use.Originally Posted by Sonicxtacy02
This is a NICE improvement! No more autoit scripts to show transparent buttons and such. Unless you need them showing, and still be able to click the buttons on the rest of the skin.

john this as of right now...this is a modal menu, and it should be... the screen behind this is not active... its not a "floating menu" while that could be a future item...

I think this is fantastic, specially in the car. I can see this being used to clean up the interface a lot (less buttons all around). Right?

cant say i've ever tried popping up a circle but i can see its uses.. too bad the back isnt still "live" though. Good for skinners i spose (i'm definitely not one of those anymore)
