Menu popups with transparancy and you

so.. how do you make popups like

just a FYI, in the new Carwings_Dynamic, if you edit skin.ini
[ Use Exit Menu ]
cwUseExit=True
you will see the new look exit menu

ok, to make these, its just png of course...
the layers
the EMPTY: it must be named ending in _transparent, so.... myskin_transparent.png or My_Menu_Transparent.png

so in skin file
line 3, image definition line:
exit_menu_transparent.png,exit_menu_off.png,exit_m enu_on.png,exit_menu_on.png

simple enough, it can be an menu you want, ie must be used with the "menu" command
