I'm still trying to figure out RR. I haven't switched to the new version yet either. In this release when I go to the plugin screen in ConfigII tool. It's completely blank. Should it be like that? I have RRVehicleMaintenance installed but it's not showing up. I'm testing it currently on a laptop running XP sp2. I'm also running the DFX skin.

yes, it should be blank, as you have no plugins installed that have rrconfig spport... (only 2 exist), MJS Gadget UAS4 and Weather (in next rr release)
as for other plugins, they each have thier own config system...
