grey box on top left corner ???

Sometimes when I load RideRunner I get this greybox in the top left corner. Anyone have this problem.
I'm running the latest RR on win7 pro

prob need to know more about the system... could be a plugin's that is creating the window

I, too, sometimes appear white box in the upper left. A bad mood, seeking solutions

well with no information here, not sure im going to be able to help

looks like some embedded window...

and i guess you say sometimes, as it doesnt happen everytime
