SkypeClickToCall Skype function into an embedded form

Hello,
I need some help for my last RRGoogleMapsTools plugin for RR where i embed a WebBrowser IE into a form and this form into RR.
Into this WebBrowser form , i call the Google Maps link http://maps.google.fr/.
In this page, i ask to search restaurants around Nice, France (by example).
If i do the same search in out side of RR , into my IE8 (XP sp3), i can see the phones numbers with the option 'SkypeClickToCall'.
But into my form embedded into RR, i have just the number without this option .
Is it normal or i use not well VB.NET ?

this is normal, you are NOT in internet explorer, when using webbrowser control, its just a web browser (no IE addons there)

not that i know of, webbrowser object is just a webbrowser, its not IE
