Not too much new, mostly tweaks of existing stuff, some additions for Dynamic Menus
a cleanup on id3 tags internally, made sure id3 tags are read based on id3 setting not the
show in list setting

# Skin Label; "TRACKNAME" format is based on "ID3ListFormat" setting, it was in some places, now in all.
  (Future: settiing "ID3TrackNameFomat")
+ tweak to winamp player module, if winamp is closed before RR is exited (OS shutdown)
  the RRPL will be the last one that winamp saved.

					defaults: menu.lst
	ex: SetVar;RRMenuList;menu.french.lst
	    SetVar;RRMenuList;menuGreenIcons.lst
		SetVar;RRMenuList;$THEME$\menu.lst
