Yep my settings for 800X600 res

in the RR.ini file under the Navigation tag

and you need to add

to the external_gps.skin(the name of the gps skin you are using) file

any probs or more info needed yell

I have tied to define Pc Navigator into the new RR dynamics menu but Pc navigator is note loaded because it has need some quotes !
This is my try:
I have added into my exectbl.ini file on the 'ONSKINSTART' line:

"ONSKINSTART","$default$||PresetLoader||SAY;Le Système Multimédia est prêt||SETVAR;QUOTES;""

in that have all that crap!!!
(--atlas='D:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Navigator\11.0\atlas_pcn_free.idc' ) and such and such

No Idea I try to keep it simple..the above method isnt perfect but appears to work ok
I havnt tried it whilst driving yet as my carpc is still all over the work bench

Bad answer...

If you installed RR in "Profile" mode, then its in Docs\RideRunner\Config\rr.ini, otherwise you installed it in "Legacy" mode, and will be in the above mentioned place.
