He may have found a reference to the old phonecontrol code that was in the core by RobbyBMW.

the problem is solved.
I don't know why, I found an old rr.ini which functioned normally. When I compared with rr.ini posing problem, the only difference I saw is "CircularList". In rr.ini posing problem CircularList = true, so I change it but no effect, I reset it to true and now the shuffle working properly ????

Edit: false joy because when I save another change in rrconfig the problem returns.

That is sooooooo out of date.

As I said earlier that refers to code that was in the core that could access phone control software called PhoneContol AKA Phoco by a user called Zoran, but that has long gone and is so out of date it would not work with modern phones. And thus the code has been taken out of the core (I'm sure mitch will correct me if it hasn't. And then remove it)
