    Label Issue with the character > !!!

    I have a curious result with the label that follow ! The label is hidden !!!
    Code:
    L,12,504,71,32,255,255,255,18,"Arial:b","=>>","CENTER",,"DS=2,2,0,0,0"
    But if i write a < character or anything it's ok !!!
    Code:
    L,711,504,71,32,255,255,255,18,"Arial:b","=<<","CENTER",,"DS=2,2,0,0,0"
    Does exist an issue with the character > ?

    check the documentation by switchlabel.

    but don't have a solution.

    >> is used as Harry said with switchlabels, Byvars etc.

    your character is being parsed out for use in one of the commands listed above. Seems the equal sign should negate such parsing, but it doesn't appear to be the case.

    oddly >> is checked 1st...
    added a safety if the 1st char is =, skip the >> parse
    posted in the usual location

    I wonder if that will now break some skins that make use of that 'feature' ;-)
