Stop the blinking of an indicator

I know that the command SETINDBLRATE define a specific rate !
Example: "SETINDBLRATE;MUTE;350;750" (set the mute indicator's blinking rate to 350ms on & 750ms off)

Does exist a way for stop this blink ? If not is it possible to add it to the last RR version ?
    By example , SETINDBLNORATE;MUTE

    Code:
    + NEW Skin Command; "SetIndBlink"
    	usage: SetIndBlink;xxxx;yyyy
    		where xxxx is indicator name
where yyyy is "true/false" or "1/0" or not specified for toggle
ex. "SetIndBlink;MUTE;0" - removes ":b" from indicator MUTE on current screen.
ex. "SetIndBlink;MUTE;true" - adds ":b" from indicator MUTE on current screen.
ex. "SetIndBlink;MUTE" - toggles ":b" from indicator MUTE on current screen.
    -Thanks
