It is built in the software already, there's an example with the BrushMetal Screen update (see shots on my page http://guino.home.insightbb.com). for other skins, you'd have to edit them...

I mean if it's possible that when the play, up, down, fwd, rew buttons are pressed they could change their aspect as the original bottons in the skin...
If they just do it... I'm really not able to configure...
For example the wheel if used could become yellow etc...
