Found a little bug .. the shuffle indicator does not show up on the brushed metal skin. It is setting WinAmp to shuffle ... but no indication on the screen. The repeat indicator works fine.
if stability becomes an issue, why not do the Linux distro idea of letting even numbers represent stable releases and odd being the beta... so maybe do fixes, compile, release 1.1... then do updates/upgrades, compile, release 1.2??
I would rather stability, but I know some are more "cutting edge" than me... just my $0.02

I'm a little unclear on how to skin for the embedded mapmonkey. Are their seperate skin files that are only loaded if mapmonkey is selected? I don't want to just change the general gps skin and have it not work for people running other apps. Also, how do you turn off the toolbar in mm?
Thanks
Cobelli
Also significant bugs in this release:
As stated rr no longer shows up on the taskbar and you can run multiple instances
The brushmetal skin you have probably has the shuffle Indicator "commented" out.. open your audio_player.skin file and look for the line that says "SHUFFLE", it should start like: /,IXX,XXX... just remove the /, in front of it to where it starts like IXX,XXX... and it should work..Originally Posted by rhubarb9999
I accidentaly released that skin file with the indicator commented out (because we were playing with the skins to add the slider and mute button).

I will fix this today, sorry... I commented out two lines of code for testing and forgot to re-enabled them for release..Originally Posted by Cobelli
On Map Monkey, the info bar (top) is disabled by settings. I am unclear as to how to remove the bottom bar (I believe that the skin may need to be edited for this).
The skin file for mapmonkey is "destinator_gps.skin". It is only used when "Map Monkey" is selected in the config, meaning, External GPS would still use the other (normal) skin files. I would also recommend making a "Old Destinator_gps.skin" file which would be basically a copy of the "external_gps.skin" file (just in case users want to use it as they're used to).
You can add the buttons to perform the "MM;<COMMAND>" codes that will act as the map monkey command buttons. The buttons can be anywhere in the screen. You can also display some info from MM into RR's skins.. I am going to update this today to include more info of MM to display in RR's skins.

BUG: If you are on the audio screen and you call the audio screen roadrunner dissapears.
Hey Guino, I noticed that you added Toggle Off Visualisation in full screen as I asked you to, but you didn't tell me how it works.

In the old MediaCar( old), I streched my visualisation to cover the whole screen, so when I start it and the viss window would cover MediaCar (well not really since I set it to 50% transperency). The when I want to turn it off I just click in the top right corner and the visualisation is off. I tried the new version but no corner does it. Is it a different way you did it.
Also when I click on the Vis button, the avs plug in is started but not brought in front of RR. I have to manual switch to it. Any solutions?
PS: Any word on the RadioTime?
guino great work so far!
is it possible to add flash to the background [ex. behind the buttons] also can flash be clickable [ex. have a animated flash text file with words "GPS","MP3",etc...]
